St Mary's Surgery

The Practice will endeavour to always offer services to our patients that comply with NHS Standards.

The care of your health is a partnership between yourself and the Primary Health Care Team. The success of that partnership depends on an understanding of each other’s needs and co-operation between us.

 Our Responsibilities To Each Other

Registration

Patients who are, or become, resident within our Practice boundary are welcome to apply to join our practice. The area covered by our Practice is shown on our registration page

As a patient you have the right to express a preference to receive services from a particular health professional, and the Practice will endeavour to comply with that preference, although there may be valid grounds to refuse, in which case the reason will be explained to you.

There is ample parking at both sites for our patients whilst visiting the practices.

Disabled Access

Both surgeries have access for disabled patients to all parts of the practice including toilets

Training Practice

St Mary's is fortunate to be a training practice, which means there may be a doctor working in the practice alongside the established partners and are normally with us for one year. This doctor will have already had extensive hospital training and is known as a General Practice Registrar.
