Primary qualifications: MB BS, MRCGP, MSc Palliative Care, DR COG
Originally from Rochford in Essex, Dr Paula Cook has been with us at St Mary’s Surgery for 18 months as a partner.
She attended medical school in London and then completed her GP training with the Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust. She undertook some additional training in Suffolk in palliative care and this, along with frailty are her specialities here at the surgery.
Living in the Lake District for the last 8 years, her most recent hobby has been her house renovation which, like most renovation projects has taken longer than she had anticipated. She also enjoys walking and Art and Social history.
